ADVANTAGES OF ENGLISH IN INDIA MUKESH GUPTA Our Country intends to grow into powerful nation she is trying to make progress in all spheres. To achieve this economic, social and political life of the people should be changed and to fulfill this people should be well award, well informed and knowledgeable. Not only this, they should be well conversant in the language that can link them with the outside world. English has been said to be the store house of scientific knowledge. Hence its knowledge is of great importance for the people of a developing country like India. India desires to be friendly to all its neighboring countries as well as others. To obtain this objective she has to explain and convince other that her point of view is correct. This requires an effective medium for the exchange of ideas; English language provides us with such medium. This is the language which enjoys the states of an international language. This language is generally understood in every country in fact the majority of countries of the world conduct their business through the medium of this tongue. India is a country where a number of regional languages are in use. The regional languages are quite different form one another so it is not possible for every one to know ten or fourteen languages. We do not have any common language at present except English. We can feel at home in any corner of the country if we know English language. Therefore, we should if we want to keep pace with the fast moving countries, scientific and technological fields. Research must be done in our land but our regional languages do not have enough in them to serve this purpose. Ultimately we have to depend upon English to produce first rate scientists and technicians. English must be taught to our people. For proper mental development it is essential that we should study the best literature of the world which is available in English either in original or in translation. If we want to share the feelings with others we must be ready to take the best from others which are generally available in English in original or in translation form. Moreover many a Youngman of this country go abroad for advance studies in deferent discipline therefore they need to acquire good knowledge of English. English must remain a compulsory subject until. But police always neglected the facts also intelligence. 3-4 yrs ago some suspected persons was arrested by local police after some bomb explosions ,but after passed a long time ,police forgotten the matter and new result is found today. Here at in CHAMBAL and GWALIOR region there are many suspected persons are active ,who may require a continue dog watch ,but there is no any information available to police about them . So this zone of CHAMBAL and GWALIOR are the haven for such activists due to care less and corrupt police & intelligence officials. Police always shows his progress in crime control manner that about daily caught accused about "juaa, satta ,avaidh sharab " .But failed to trace actual criminals and offenders .Its world known sentence that our police is expert to create false cases, false & forge encounters ,false progress records, they may create to any peaceful and gentle man to a criminal any time, so public always fears with police ,not respected them but feared with him as like as terrorists. No any criminal or Deccoits, terrorist feel fear with them. Police protect & preserve them always. All big names in Deccoits no one arrested live till today . Here is a very big list .Now a days Gadariya gang is on top at GWALIOR zone ,but he is not afraid with police ,He is continuing his job .He killed recently 13 persons at Bhawanrpura village but police is feeling "feel good", also in local panchayat elections he warned to villagers to support his candidates who were fighting or supported candidates who were candidates in these elections . Many of candidates declared won without election supported by Gadariya, what is the fun ? Police seen all funny game but do nothing ,what can they do ? Here are many F.I.R.s are pending at kotwalis but no one arrested in these cases no progress done in these cases .but in news papers we see daily forge police progress about caught of Illegal wine,Juaa,Satta . Here is vehicle theft cases ,Home Theft cases ,Forgery cases in a large number ,but police found nothing about them. In fact CHAMBAL is totally peaceful minded persons area who want there peace at any cost ,local inhabitants of CHAMBAL are Swabhimani (self respecting & self proud) and Nyayapriya (loving and believe to exact judiciary system of justice) .they are totally against with injustice. But no one here their complaints ,there is no rectification of their problems . So the zone is totally safe for activists ,a large Beehad with all safe facilities and traditional fighters community (Rulers dynasties of Ancient India) are available here ,except of these here is wide and traditional practice field for Indian military . In India here is in the state of Madhya Pradesh the Electric Supply System is totally failed since last one month. In the Chambal Region there are three districts ,Bhind,Morena,and Sheopur are fighting at all 17-20 hours black out. There is no time fixed to cut the supply ,any time electricity may be gone and also there is no time fixed for how much time it will be shut down. Although Chief Minister of Govt .of Madhya Pradesh ,Mr. Babu Lal Gour declared a plan for some time electric supply shutdown(Cut the supply of power) which is declared for Two hours only . But in fact there is no time table to cut the power supply. All of Public is angree to BJP Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. Its clear that in last month Local municipality Elections the BJP fall down its status very badly and political analyst says "Muh dikhane ke kabil bhi nahi rahe , magar fir bhi itarate rahe" It is also keep in mind ,here is in next month one new local election is forthcoming on in the month of January 2005 (Local Village Panchayat Election) . Real position is here that in the season of Deep Fog & sharp cold winter when the temerature was fall down locally up to 2-3 degrees ,there was no electricity for whole of the day and also whole of the night. Due to this there was no water for any type ,no drinking,no bathing,no washing ,no shaving,no irrigation ,no study for students,no small business,no home based business ,no internet based work and no so much more.......... He was arrested Eight days before ,today he was appeared to the district court's judicial magistrate in police custody ,where the court after accepted a police remand of 5+2 = 7 days ,now sent to him Jail of Morena . In previous He was in police remand of 7 days . Nothing can achieved by police in his custody of Dr. Choudhary. Some News Papers alleged to Police that in the duration of Police Remand ,Police hosted him like his son in law "Damad" ,each super facility and service availed by police to Dr. Choudhary . Such Type news are creating an aggressive atmosphere in Brahmina Samaj. All local party members of Bahujan Samaj Party are also heavily angree with Dr. Choudhary due to some other reasons .Dr. Choudhary is always disputed person in party about collecting funds for party. So no any party worker is supporting to Dr. Choudhary . Dr. Vidhyaram Koushal Local district president of BSP says "what can we do , here is serious crime is registered against th Dr. Choudhary so he should go to Jail . It should remember that after this incident Dr. Choudhary had ran away to Bihar from Madhya Pradesh .Whenever Dr. Choudhary Seated as State President of BAHUJAN SAMAJ PARTY ,WHICH IS THE TOP POLITICAL PARTY OF INDIA. Now after sent of Jail Dr Choudhary here is some party workers are feeling a relief of feel good. Due to Dr. Choudhary They cant get success in politics. Two Brahmina Politician of BSP named as Parashuram Mudgal and his brother who is also city president of BSP Morena has announced preparation time table for Rural area Village Panchayat election ,but nothing says about their Former State President Dr. Choudhary ,in fact who is the god father of both the brothers in BSP . Dr. Choudhary gave assembly ticket to Parashuram Mudgal and entered in his party. Now at present Dr. Choudhary is in Jail and saying continously that he is hunted due to political reasons ,nothing is other . Other than a one accused he was also arrested ,all of other accused are FARAR "Out of reach of Police" till today. Also in custody investigation nothing more can gain by Police through Dr. Choudhary. Dr. Choudhary dont know ,where is his Son and wife also kidnapped girl. Here are a hot atmosphere in cold (winter) season. Due to Some Air Flying news everything is in densed Fog.
